I absolutely love coming here. Sakai is certainly the hidden gem of Staten Island restaurants. The staff is always very friendly, you never wait too long for the food. The flavors and quality of food is 10/10. You can come here alone, on a date, grab food with friends, birthdays, anniversary's, celebrations, etc.
It's the best ramen restaurant in the Staten Island. Kimchi Ramen is my favor. My husband love Shio Ramen. Brown Sugar milk tea is my favorite bubble tea. The service is very friendly.
Just wow! This place didn't disappoint at all! Wasn't sure what I wanted as I stopped from a bike ride from NJ and I ordered the skewers. Lots of variety to choose from but I wish I had room some ramen. Very nice choice of drinks as well! Will definitely be back for more!
